Mothering the new Mother is the essence of being a Post Partum Doula. Nurturing and tending to the mother’s needs from an understanding and compassionate place.

Post Partum Doula services are available on an as needed basis . Assistance and care are provided to new mothers, baby, and the rest of her family within the first few weeks after the birth of the baby through meal preparation (vegetarian, vegan and allergy awareness), errands, help planning for and orchestrating visitors/meals/etc., sibling care, house cleaning, assistance with baby care and advice, breastfeeding support, mother support, and in home yoga/post natal exercise coaching and assistance.

Price: $20 an hour, min 1 hour, for visits less than 2 hours, $5 trip fee
